Riverbank Cheese and Wine Expo Run LOCAL EVENT
IT'S BACK! After a short hiatus, the Riverbank Cheese and Wine Expo Run is back with all NEW courses, beginning and ending at the Galaxy 12 Theater on Patterson Rd (Highway 108) in Riverbank. 1 Mile Fun Run begins at 8:00 AM, followed by the 5K Run/Walk at 8:30. Medals awarded 3 deep in each age category for each race, male and female. Same day registration begins at 6:45 AM in the parking lot, and will end 15 minutes before the start of the event. T-Shirts guaranteed to the first 275 registered runners. Great raffle prizes awarded after the races (must be present to win). LATE (AFTER September 24th) or same day registration is $20 for runners age 13 and up, or $15 for runners age 12 and under. If entering both events, add $5 (only 1 T-Shirt). Runners will be treated to a first class facility to stage the runs, with plenty of free parking. Afterwards, you can attend the Cheese and Wine Expo in downtown Riverbank. The Expo is an annual event that features many different vendors, exhibitors, food and spirits booths, and attracts more than 50,000 visitors each year. 1 Mile Fun Run is a fast, flat, loop course on paved residential streets. The 5K Run/Walk is a gently challenging course over paved, tree-lined residential streets in the beautiful River Heights area, nestled against the picturesque Stanislaus River. USATF Certification pending on BOTH courses. Age categories for each race are (Male and Female) 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over. 6th Annual Run for the Ribbon
The 6th Annual Run for the Ribbon is Sutter Tracy Community Hospital's annual event to help fight breast cancer, a disease that strikes one out of every eight women in America.
The event feature a 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk, a 2-Mile Fun Walk, a Women's Health Fair, a live concert from Megan Slankard and a free pancake breakfast for all registered runners!

Halloween River Run
Our 1st Annual Halloween River Run will be taking place at Caswell State Park in Ripon, Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 8 a.m. The races are a 1-mile and 5K fun run on paved trails along the Stanislaus River.
